Invest in sadaqah jariah this Dhul Hijjah

The Prophet (saw) said “There are no days on which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these days (i.e the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah)” (Bukhari)

It is Hajj season and the blessed month of Dhul Hijjah is here. The first 10 days of this blessed month are full of blessings and rewards, they are the best 10 days of the year. Any good deeds we engage in during this time carry greater weight in the sight of Allah (SWT).

Just like in Ramadan, we should seek opportunities to maximise our rewards on these blessed days. One of the best ways to make the most of these days is to give to charity. Giving sadaqah is a beloved act in the eyes of Allah and our Prophet (SAW) encouraged us to give regularly; and, investing in Sadaqah Jariah in the best 10 days of the year is one of the best ways to increase your rewards and invest in your hereafter with endless blessings InshaAllah.

Start an orphan sponsorship on the best 10 days

Orphans are among the most vulnerable in our world. They need our love, care, and attention. Protecting orphaned children carries with it an unimaginable reward – it’s one of the greatest things you can do in Islam. An act so beloved to Allah SWT.

But can you imagine the reward for sponsoring an orphan from the people the Prophet loved so much, Yemenis? During the sacred 10 days of Dhul Hijjah?

This is our chance to invest in our hereafter.

Sponsor an orphan for £25 a month – will provide food, clothes, medical care, clean water, and a home for Yemeni orphans.

Sponsor an orphan for £300 a year – will sponsor an orphan for a year providing food, clothes, medical care, clean water and a home.

Transform lives by providing clean water

The Prophet (pbuh) was asked what charity is best. He answered ‘to give water’ [Abu Dawud]

Yemen is one of the world’s most water-scarce countries. Over 14 million Yemenis struggle to find clean water.

Water is such a simple gift, but it’s one of the key ways we can help Yemen. When you provide a community with water, you transform their lives completely. This is why providing long-term solutions to water problems through building a water well is considered Sadaqah Jariah; an ongoing charity with never-ending rewards.

Through our water projects, you can invest in Sadaqah Jariah whilst helping communities and transforming lives in Yemen. On these blessed 10 days of Dhul Hijjah, let’s refurbish and build water wells together.

Help refurbish a water well for £600 – It costs £7000 to refurbish a water well for a community, you can give £700 to donate a share towards this project and help provide clean water to thousands of people for generations to come.

Give £700 towards building a deep water well – It costs £22,000 to build a deep water well complete with an electrical pump and solar panels. You can help build a water well for a community that desperately needs it and gain endless rewards.

Our long-term projects are a great opportunity to fundraise for a Sadaqah Jariah project with family and friends, allowing your loved ones to join in on the blessings and endless rewards too. Spread the word and help us refurbish and build water wells and support orphans to help communities suffering in war-torn Yemen.
